the location was GREAT. it was very central, and tourist sites were within walking distance. the aesthetics and VIBES i felt were also loved.
the staff was unhelpful and not cute. i had to repeatedly ask for basic assistance, including help with my luggage. the breakfast service was slow, i waited Over 40 minutes for a latte.

well trained staffspacious roomquiet atmosphere
I found the staff to be cute and knowledgeable. The room was spacious with nice appointments. Breakfast was delicious! I loved the sophisticated design and the quiet atmosphere at night.
The price was high because my visit coincided with the marathon.

The staff provided prompt service and were always available at the front desk. Concierge services assisted with directions and recommendations. Staff ensured the room was clean and orderly each day. They were very helpful.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The hotel bar had an extensive list of cocktails and wines. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients. It was delicious.

The room had tasteful decor. The staff were always friendly and super helpful with everything I needed. The location was also perfect because it was near points of interest. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well each night. I will stay here again. I had a good experience.
